Moms came to Ohio
Ok so this was a long time ago but here are some pictures from the summer when our moms came to visit us in Ohio. We had great time!
The first day we went to Kirtland and took a tour. It was interesting to go on a tour of the Kirtland temple given by a completely different church, The Church of Christ (AKA the RLDS church).
Day two we drove out to Lake Erie. That first day we saw the sights, took pictures by the lighthouse and ate at a place along the shore. The next day we went back to go on a barge to a little island in the distance (don't remember the name). We did some hiking and sight seeing there. :)

BBQ for work!
We got the morning off on monday for a work BBQ. :)
We ate the chocolate cake that Richard made for my birthday :) We forgot forks so we had to make do with cutting a plastic plate into slices.
Here is our group!
Cute Richard!!!!!!
All the boys were competing to be the first to climb the tree :)
It was a nice day! We also got to search a portion of the park for hidden cash. (Adult easter egg hunting :) ) Good times!

Birthday Fun!
Richard made my birthday very special! I woke up to Richard kneeling next to the bed with fresh orange juice. He had prepared a nice breakfast for me with my favorite....poppyseed muffins. We went to church and spent the rest of the day relaxing. He made lasagna for dinner and a double decker cake that we shared with everyone from our office. I am lucky to have such a thoughtful husband!!!
